- 透過綜合和應用科學、科技及數學領域中的知識與技能,使學生明白科學、科技及數學的發展與社會環境是息息相關,並有助改善現今世界的生活素質。
- 透過綜合和應用知識與技能,解決真實的問題和製作發明品,發展學生正面的價值觀和積極的態度,促進學生全人發展。
學習活動
- 在小一小二級派發「親子也科研」教材套,讓學生和家長在家中製作科研小玩兒,探索科學的樂趣。
- 在小三至小六級推行生物科技教育校本課程,學習微生物學和遺傳學的知識,連繫日常生活中有關個人衛生或生物科技的經歷。
- 統籌常識、數學和電腦科進行跨學科STEM活動,透過「從做中學」,學習STEM的各種知識和技能。
- 舉辦校內STEM WEEK、閱讀推廣及暑期親子也科研比賽,透過全方位學習活動,提升學生學習科學、科技和數學的興趣。
- 甄選科學資優學生參加「科學小博士」拔尖課程;並積極推薦學生參與不同的科研比賽,盡展潛能。

Learning Activities
- “Fun Science” learning kits are distributed to Primary 1 and 2 students for them to explore the fun in science with their parents.
- School-based biotechnology curriculum is implemented in Primary 3 to 6. Students will acquire the knowledge of microbiology and genetics, integrated with personal hygiene or biotechnology in daily life.
- Interdisciplinary STEM activities featuring general studies, mathematics and computer studies are organized for students to learn various STEM knowledge and skills through hands on experience.
- STEM Week, reading promotion and Summer Fun Science Competition are organized with the aim of arousing students’ interest in science, technology and mathematics through all-round learning activities.
- Gifted students are shortlisted to attend the “Little Doctor of Science” enhancement course. In addition, students are nominated to engage in different science competitions to unleash their talent.
