可譽孩子精神抖擻迎接24-25年度開學日 梁校長勸勉可譽孩子以國家運動員為榜樣努力堅持
開學日一大清早，梁惠芳校長在可譽校門親切地和久違了的孩子們打招呼，他們都精神爽利，使整個校園頓時充滿活力和朝氣。
在開學禮上，梁校長以「奧運會」為主題，分享國家隊運動員和香港隊運動員在今屆奧運創造輝煌佳績，期間不少可譽孩子們熱烈回答問題，十分雀躍。
梁校長分享了兩位國家隊運動員—全紅嬋和孫穎莎在中央電視台的訪問影片。被外界封為「天才少女」的全紅嬋強調自己並非天才，而是經苦練才有比賽時「水花消失」的狀態；孫穎莎覺得自己具有天賦但算不上是天才，更道：「要打乒乓球至頂尖或最高的水平，肯定是要靠努力加上天賦，我覺得努力是佔第一位。」因此，為了達到更高的目標，她們都付出了比別人更多的努力。
可譽孩子從兩位國家隊運動員的故事，明白他們的成功背後是一次又一次的練習，比別人付出更多的時間和汗水。梁校長希望可譽孩子以國家隊運動員為榜樣，學習運動員的堅毅、不怕艱辛的精神，激勵他們在新學年奮發向上。

Principal Leung Encourages Ho Yu Children to Follow National Athletes as Role Models and Persist in Their Efforts
On the first day of school, Principal Leung Wai-fong warmly greeted the long-awaited children at the entrance of Ho Yu School. The students were all energetic, instantly filling the entire campus with vitality and enthusiasm.
During the opening ceremony, Principal Leung used the theme of the “Olympics” to share the remarkable achievements of national and Hong Kong athletes in the recent Olympic Games. Many Kowloon City students eagerly answered questions, showing great excitement.
Principal Leung shared video clips of national athletes Quan Hongchan and Sun Yingsha from an interview on CCTV. Quan, who has been dubbed a “genius girl” by outsiders, emphasized that she is not a genius but has achieved her state of “water splash disappearance” during competitions through hard work. Sun Yingsha believes she has talent but does not consider herself a genius; she stated, “To reach the top level in table-tennis, it definitely requires both hard work and talent. I believe that effort comes first.” Therefore, to achieve higher goals, both of them have put in more effort than others.
From the stories of these two national athletes, Ho Yu children understand that their success is the result of repeated practice and dedicating more time and sweat than others. Principal Leung hopes that the Ho Yu children will take national athletes as role models, learning their perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges, inspiring them to strive for excellence in the new school year.
