倘 貴子弟於教育局統一派位後有意到本校就讀2024年度之小一班級，家長可於辦公時間(星期一至五: 9:00am-5:00pm, 星期六: 9:00am-1:00pm)，親臨本校遞交下列文件:
( 1 ) 填妥之小一入學申請表，並已貼上相片
(申請表可到本校校務處索取或到本校網頁https://ps.hoyu.edu.hk/下載)；
( 2 ) 學生個人資料檔案(包括成績表/評估表、獎狀或其他學習紀錄資料副本)；
(申請人所提供的資料將予保密及只作收生用途，稍後會銷毁)
( 3 ) 統一派位選校表副本。
經校方「小一級入學組」評選後，部分申請者將獲邀進行面試
If your child wishes to study in our school’s Primary One class in 2024-2025 after the centralized allocation by the Education Bureau, parents are requested to come to our school in person during office hours (Monday to Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm) to submit the following documents:
(1) Completed Primary One Admission Application Form with a photo attached
(The application form can be obtained from our school office or downloaded from our school website https://ps.hoyu.edu.hk/)
(2) Student’s personal information file (including report cards/assessment reports, certificates of awards, or other learning records)
(The information provided by the applicant will be kept confidential and used solely for admission purposes, and will be destroyed later)
(3) A copy of the Centralized Primary One Allocation School Selection Form.
After evaluation by our ‘Primary One Admission Team’, some applicants will be invited for an interview.
