3月9日，學生成長組老師與一眾就讀高小級別的孩子，一起到馬灣出席領袖訓練日營，訓練團隊精神及挑戰自我。
期間，孩子們透過一系列的熱身及信任遊戲來展開當日的活動。
孩子們在活動的初期都顯得戰戰兢兢，生怕自己身體往移後，組員會脫手，便倒下來。及後經過導師引導，帶出重點在於發揮團結精神，全組同心同時一起做相同的動作，相信自己，相信組員，便能克服一切，挑戰成功。
之後，同學分組挑戰不同的「繩網陣」。活動開始時，孩子們在組員的見證下宣告挑戰開始，兩人一組慢慢爬上在高處，步步為營，雖然有所畏懼，有的甚至全身發抖，但經過其他組員的支持及鼓勵後，他們都願意相信自己，往前踏步，順利完成任務。當響起鐘聲的一刻，大家拍掌歡呼!
第三節的活動是野外定向，組員擔任不同的崗位，在馬灣公園的不同地方完成不同任務。過程中，學生互相照顧，互相合作，歡笑中建立了深刻的友誼。
最後，經歷過整日豐富的活動，學生回到學校分享當日所得，互相表達欣賞，彷彿在一日之間成長了。
可譽希望孩子們經歷是日的試煉後，都能在不知不覺間，播下領袖的種子，使長大後都能充分發揮領導才能，獨當一面。
On March 9th, the teachers of the Students Development Committee and a group of Ho Yu children from P5-6 attended a leadership training day camp in Ma Wan, where they trained their team spirit and challenged themselves.
During the camp, they participated in a series of adventurous activities. The children started the day with warm-up exercises and trust games. At the beginning of the activities, the children were nervous and afraid that if they moved their bodies, their teammates would let go and they would fall. However, with the guidance of the instructors, they realized that the key was to work together as a team, synchronize their movements, believe in themselves, and trust their teammates in order to overcome any challenges and achieve success.
Later on, the students were divided into groups to challenge the “Rope Net Formation.” At the start of the activity, the children declared the beginning of the challenge with the support and encouragement of their teammates. They slowly climbed up to a high point, step by step, despite their fears and trembling. After receiving support and encouragement from their fellow group members, they were willing to believe in themselves and move forward, successfully completing the task. When the bell rang, everyone applauded and cheered!
The third activity was outdoor orienteering, where team members took on different roles and completed various tasks in different parts of Ma Wan Park. Throughout the process, the students took care of each other, cooperated, and built deep friendships while enjoying laughter.
Finally, after a day of enriching activities, the students returned to school to share their experiences and express their appreciation for each other, as if they had grown in just one day.
Ho Yu hopes that after experiencing this test, the children can unconsciously sow the seeds of leadership and fully demonstrate their leadership abilities and independence when they grow up.
