日期：2023年11月22日 (星期三) 及

2023年11月23日 (星期四)

時間：上午9時 至 下午1時 及

下午2時 至 下午5時

註冊手續須知：

(甲) 家長須於指定日期及時間，到本校辦理註冊手續。

(乙) 辦理入學註冊手續時，請攜帶

1. 小一入學申請表(家長副本)
2. 子女的香港出生證明書（或許可在港居留證明文件）(正本)
3. 家長／監護人身分證明文件(正本)
4. 照片一張(照片背後需寫上學生姓名)
5. 原校成績單(如適用)

(丙) 家長辦理註冊手續時，毋須攜帶子女前往。

(丁) 家長若因要事未能在指定日期或時間內辦理入學註冊手續，必須跟有關學校負責人聯絡，以便另作安排，否則將視作放棄該學位論。

Time :     9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Notes for registration:

(A)     Parents should register their child with the school on the registration date(s) within the designated time listed above.

(B)     Please bring along :

1. Application Form for Admission to Primary One (parent’s copy)
2. Child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate (original) (or documents permitting the child to stay in Hong Kong)
3. Parent’s ID Card(s) (original)
4. One Photo of the Child (with student’s name written on the back)
5. Report Card(s) from Kindergarten (if applicable)

(C)     You do not need to bring your child along for the registration formalities.

(D)     Parents who cannot register their child with the school within the specified period and time for matters of grave importance should notify the person in charge of registration for alternative arrangements or they would deem to have given up the school place allocated.
