9月1日，可譽校園迎來新學年！舊生長高了，隨着翔東邨及雋東邨陸續入伙，校園多了不少新面孔——除了活潑的小一新生，還有各級插班生，由舊生牽引入課室，既驚且喜。
典禮由升旗隊揭幕——小隊員接過重任，步伐雖青澀，卻滿載成長的決心，掌聲響徹禮堂。
梁校長以AI平台標誌引發孩子好奇，初小生天真喊「鯨魚！」惹來全場笑聲，卻成功喚起大家對新時代工具的關注。

On 1st September, Ho Yu campus welcomed the new school year! Returning students have grown taller, and with the gradual move-in to Cheung Tung Estate and Chun Tung Estate, we have welcomed many new faces – not only lively Primary 1 students, but also transfer students from various grades, all guided into their classrooms by senior students, with a mix of nervousness and excitement.
The ceremony kicked off with the flag-raising team – our junior members took on the important duty. Though their steps were a little unpolished, their determination to grow was clear, and applause filled the hall.
Principal Leung sparked curiosity with AI platform logos. Our younger students innocently shouted “Whale!” drawing laughter from everyone, yet it successfully captured their attention towards the tools of the new era.
The highlight was a three-photo comparison:
An animated version – Little Leaders sitting together after caring for K2 and K3 children, like a scene from a picture book
The original photo – a genuine record of warm moments during their summer mission
An AI-reconstructed scene – a classical study room with a cherry blossom tree outside the window, beautifully dreamlike!
The children were amazed by the limitless possibilities of artificial intelligence, with applause filling the hall.
Principal Leung commended the Little Leaders for their dedication in guiding the young children in English, Science, and jump rope – they have truly “grown up.” She encouraged the whole school: in the new academic year, strive for excellence, embrace change, and stay connected with the future.
Old and new faces intertwined, tradition and innovation coexisting – a new school year, new hopes, let’s grow strong together!
