可譽小五及小六級孩子出戰「第六屆腹有詩書──全港小學校際中國語文常識問答比賽（2026）」，表現出色。在4月18日於香港浸會大學附屬學校王錦輝中小學（小學部）舉行的初賽中，孩子們以4分30秒完成賽事，取得370分，於全港74所參賽學校中排行第七，成功闖入第二回合。
值得一讚的是，參賽孩子當日從東涌出發前往沙田比賽場地，即使在港鐵車廂內仍抓緊時間，反覆溫習指定的一百篇古典文學及成語典故，隊友之間不斷交流切磋、共謀策略。這份勤勉與專注，正是晉級關鍵。
複賽階段即將到來，我們為這群認真投入的孩子打氣，鼓勵他們繼續奮進，再創佳績。
Ho Yu students took part in the “Sixth Edition of Poetic Wisdom – Hong Kong Inter-Primary School Chinese Language and Culture Quiz Competition (2026)” and delivered an outstanding performance. In the preliminary round held on 18 April at HKBUAS Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School (Primary Section), our team completed the competition in 4 minutes and 30 seconds, scoring 370 points. Ranking 7th among 74 participating schools in Hong Kong, they placed within the top ten and successfully advanced to the second round.
What deserves special mention is that on their way from Tung Chung to the competition venue in Sha Tin, the students made full use of their time on the MTR carriage, diligently reviewing the 100 designated classical literary works and idiomatic stories, and engaging in continuous discussion and strategic exchanges among teammates. Their diligence and focus were key to their success.
With the second round approaching, we cheer for these dedicated students and encourage them to strive further for even greater achievements.
