在3月6日的全方位活動節，我們舉辦了 P4-6 ENGLISH SPELLING BEE COMPETITION，以分級制進行，各班代表輪流拼出外籍英語教師唸出的單詞，拼錯即時淘汰，緊張又刺激！
比賽不單考驗詞彙量，更考驗學生的臨場應變與心理質素。

The English Department of Ho Yu has always emphasised a balanced development in “listening, speaking, reading and writing”, and believes that spelling is the solid foundation that underpins them all.
On 6 March, we held the P4-6 ENGLISH SPELLING BEE COMPETITION. The competition was conducted in separate levels, with class representatives taking turns to spell out words pronounced by our native English teachers. A single mistake meant elimination – it was intense and exciting!
The contest not only tested the students’ vocabulary, but also their ability to perform under pressure.
