最近，可譽不同年級的孩子分別踏上了一場別開生面的學習之旅，透過電影與實地考察，深入認識國家的發展與法治精神！
率先展開活動的是《憲法》和《基本法》學生校園大使。他們在11月25日下午，參與了由培訓計劃秘書處主辦的「國情電影欣賞《雄獅少年2》」活動。電影中主角不畏艱難、堅持追夢的故事，深深打動了每一位校園大使。大家明白了，只要像「龍的傳人」一樣，擁有堅毅不屈的精神，不論出身背景，咬緊牙關努力向前，也能在城市叢林中綻放屬於自己的光芒！
緊接着，在12月3日下午，輪到高小級孩子出動！他們走進愛國教育支援中心，進行了一次全面而深入的參訪。透過展覽和互動講解，孩子們對國家的發展與現況有了更立體的認識，更從中學習了《憲法》、《基本法》、「一國兩制」以及國家安全等重要知識，獲益良多！
這兩次按對象設計的活動，不僅是知識的積累，更是心靈的滋養。願這份愛國情懷，在孩子們心中生根發芽！
Recently, students from different grade levels at Ho Yu embarked on a unique learning journey, gaining a deeper understanding of our nation’s development and the spirit of the rule of law through film appreciation and a site visit!
Kicking off the activities were our Student Campus Ambassadors for the Constitution and the Basic Law. On the afternoon of 25th November, they took part in the “National Education Film Appreciation: I Am What I Am 2” event, organised by the Secretariat of the Student Campus Ambassador Training Programme. The story of the protagonist, who perseveres through challenges to pursue his dreams, deeply moved every ambassador. They came to understand that, as “Descendants of the Dragon,” possessing an unyielding spirit—regardless of one’s background—and pushing forward through gritted teeth, allows one to shine brightly even in the urban jungle!
Then, on the afternoon of 3rd December, it was the turn of our Upper Primary students! They visited the Patriotism Education Support Centre for a comprehensive and in-depth tour. Through exhibitions and interactive explanations, the students gained a more vivid understanding of the nation’s development and current situation. They also learned valuable knowledge about the Constitution, the Basic Law, “One Country, Two Systems,” and national security—a truly rewarding experience!
These two activities, tailored for different student groups, were not just about accumulating knowledge, but also about nourishing the heart and mind. May this sense of patriotism take root and flourish in the hearts of our students!
