2025年10月31日下午，本校憲法與基本法大使及小五、小六主題式社會科學共30名孩子一齊出動，在國家安全教育組的組織下，前往昂船洲駐香港部隊展覽中心，展開了一場意義深遠的參觀活動。
在中國人民解放軍駐香港部隊的細緻導賞下，孩子們不僅參觀了國家的先進裝備模型，更從跨越古今的歷史文物中深入瞭解了國家安全的重要性，對駐港部隊的歷史與使命也有了更切實的認知。透過生動的講解與互動體驗，孩子們充分地理解到維護國家安全是每一位公民的責任。
此次參訪不僅讓孩子們開闊了眼界，更激發了他們的愛國情懷與社會責任感。感謝駐港部隊的熱情接待，讓我們共同為國家安全貢獻力量！
On the afternoon of 31st October, 2025, 30 students from our school, including the Constitution and Basic Law Ambassadors and Primary 5 and 6 students studying thematic social sciences, embarked on a meaningful visit to the Stonecutters Island Exhibition Center of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Hong Kong Garrison. This activity was organized by the National Security Education Group.
Under the meticulous guidance of the PLA Hong Kong Garrison, the students not only explored models of advanced national equipment but also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of national security through historical artifacts spanning ancient and modern times. They developed a tangible awareness of the history and mission of the Hong Kong Garrison. Through vivid explanations and interactive experiences, the students fully grasped that safeguarding national security is the responsibility of every citizen.
This visit broadened the students’ horizons and ignited their patriotic sentiments and sense of social responsibility. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Hong Kong Garrison for their warm hospitality. Let us work together to contribute to national security!
