The Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching! HYP-CHANNEL, the Chinese, English, and Putonghua departments are joining hands to create a special cross-language learning experience for Ho Yu students! We’ve invited students across grades to introduce the origins and traditions of the Mid-Autumn Festival in English and Putonghua. Plus, don’t miss the “Chinese Classic Handicrafts” activity during lunch break this coming Monday (Mid-Autumn Festival day) in the Yu Zhi Sinology Room!
Through bilingual creativity, cultural crafts, and technology integration, students achieve “organic combination and natural connection,” building their language skills, cultural awareness, and technological literacy in practice. Let’s look forward to the creative excitement during the Mid-Autumn lunch break!
