Primary 1 and Primary 2 Families Celebrate the Year’s Most Rewarding Achievement – The “DEAR” Program Award Ceremony

In early July, Primary 1 and Primary 2 families, after a year of hard work and perseverance, successfully completed the four major tasks of the “DEAR” Program – Reading, Fun Dictation, Calligraphy, and Exercise – and finally welcomed the “Annual DEAR Award Ceremony.”

Over the past year, with the companionship of their parents, the children have faced new tasks and challenges with a positive and optimistic attitude. Through this, they have developed good reading and exercise habits, cultivated positive values, and accumulated a wealth of knowledge and vocabulary. The children’s efforts were evident in their pursuit of rewards, and through the encouragement of the reward program, they were motivated to make continuous progress.

On the day of the “DEAR” Program Award Ceremony, the children’s achievements in the program were recognized, and they all leveled up. Following this, each class prepared and designed a variety of performances based on the “DEAR” Program, including singing, recitation, and dancing, which were truly spectacular. The most touching moment was when the children, through their self-made “DEAR” storybooks, shared the stories with their parents, who listened with great interest and felt deeply moved.

As the families celebrated the most rewarding harvest of the “DEAR” Program, the Ho Yu teaching team also received the program’s report card – in this year’s parent survey, most parents agreed with the philosophy of the “DEAR” Program and believed it had a positive impact on their children’s learning.

We sincerely thank the children for their active participation, the parents for their support, and the teachers for their dedicated efforts. Ho Yu will continue to optimize the “DEAR” Program, striving to build a solid foundation for children to transition to independent learning in upper primary and secondary school.
