積極向上、充滿陽光@24-25可譽精神健康週Positive and sunny @24-25 Ho Yu Mental Health Week

2月11至14日為可譽「精神健康週」,學生成長組以提升「精神健康素養」為本,為孩子進行了一系列活動,以加強他們對精神健康的認知,建立正向積極的生活環境,預防及減少受精神健康問題困擾的風險因素。

「精神健康素養」的重點包括:

  1. 實踐健康生活模式,例如:有規律的作息、充足睡眠、恆常運動、均衡飲食等。
  2. 保持良好社交關係,例如:多與親人或好友相聚、培養助人的習慣、做義工關懷別人等。
  3. 保持情緒穩定,例如:懂得調控情緒,能應付日常壓力,享受學習或生活樂趣等。

精神健康週活動如下:

  1. 精神健康金句早會分享
  2. 精神加油站
  3. 放空活動
  4. 減壓小島
  5. 心靈點唱站
  6. 精靈寶庫
  7. 書法靜修
  8. 親子密室逃脫
  9. 黏土減壓

可譽希望透過上述活動,讓孩子及家長進一步關注身心靈健康,成為積極向上、充滿陽光的人。

From 11th to 14th February, Ho Yu refered to this period as “Mental Health Week.” The Student Development Committee has organized a series of activities aimed at enhancing “Mental Health Literacy” for children. These activities are designed to strengthen their awareness of mental health, establish a positive living environment, and prevent and reduce risk factors associated with mental health issues.

The key points of “Mental Health Literacy” include:

Practicing a healthy lifestyle, such as maintaining a regular schedule, getting enough sleep, engaging in regular exercise, and eating a balanced diet.
Maintaining good social relationships, such as spending more time with family and friends, cultivating a habit of helping others, and volunteering to care for others.


Keeping emotional stability, such as being able to regulate emotions, coping with daily stress, and enjoying learning and life.
The activities for Mental Health Week are as follows:

  2. Mental Health Boost Station
  3. Mindfulness Activity
  4. Stress Relief Island
  5. Soul Karaoke Station
  6. Elf Treasure Vault
  7. Calligraphy Retreat
  8. Parent-Child Escape Room
  9. Clay Stress Relief

Ho Yu hopes to encourage children and parents to pay more attention to their physical, mental, and spiritual health through the above activities, helping them become positive and sunny individuals.
