12月19日為本年度的旅行日,當天,孩子們兵分三路,到了不同的地方遊覽,享受郊遊的樂趣。
小一及小二級:當天以親子形式舉行,孩子們與家長、老師及同學們,一起在大埔海濱公園玩樂,談笑風生,十分溫韾。
小三及小四級:當天孩子們跟隨老師到達馬鞍山公園野餐,欣賞大自然風光,樂此不疲。
小五及小六級:孩子和老師們到大埔大尾督進行燒烤及遠足,寓學習於玩樂,相信孩子在當天所學會的生活技能已能學以致用了。
可譽期望旅行日不光只是一項學校的恆常活動,還希望能賦予它多層的意義,如珍惜與他人共聚的時光、學會珍惜/愛護資源、認識自己生活的所在地、建立健康的身心、訓練基本生活技能、建立人際關係網絡等等,讓孩子能在「自然連結」的情況下,學得更多及更具素質。
19th December marks this year’s Picnic day. On that day, the children were divided into three groups and visited different places to enjoy the fun of an outing.
Primary 1 to 2: The day was organized in a parent-child format, where children, along with their parents, teachers, and classmates, played and chatted together at Tai Po Waterfront Park, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.
Primary 3 to 4: On that day, the children followed their teachers to Ma On Shan Park for a picnic, appreciating the beauty of nature and having a great time.
Primary 5 to 6: The children and their teachers went to Tai Mei Tuk, Tai Po for a barbecue and hiking, blending learning with fun. It is believed that the life skills learned that day will be put to good use.
We hope that travel day is not just a regular school activity, but also carries multiple meanings, such as cherishing time spent with others, learning to value and protect resources, understanding the place they live in, building a healthy body and mind, training basic life skills, and establishing a network of relationships. This way, children can learn more and develop their qualities in a context of “natural connection.”
